Electrical Engineer Location: BerkshireDaily rate: £234.85 (outside IR35)We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to play a key role in a Hospital Programme, ensuring that electrical systems, infrastructure, and engineering services are designed with operational effectiveness, compliance, maintainability, and sustainability at their core.This is a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between design and operations, working alongside project teams, consultants, estates professionals, and stakeholders to help deliver a state-of-the-art healthcare facility.The RoleAs the Electrical Engineer, you will act as the key electrical representative for Property and Facilities Management throughout the design and development of the hospital. Your expertise will help ensure that facilities are safe, compliant, efficient, and fit for purpose.Key responsibilities include:Reviewing electrical designs, specifications, technical submissions, and consultant proposals.Assessing designs from an operational, maintenance, compliance, and lifecycle perspective.Managing and responding to technical Requests for Information (RFIs).Identifying operational risks and opportunities within proposed designs.Supporting operational readiness, transition planning, and future service transformation.Facilitating workshops and engagement sessions with operational stakeholders.Producing technical reports, design reviews, and option appraisals.Supporting long-term asset management, sustainability, and lifecycle ..... full job details .....
