I have a strong background in managing a high caseload, conducting thor-ough assessments, and ensuring that all cases are managed in line with statutory requirements.Collaborative Approach: Skilled in multi-agency working, coordinating with partner organizations to create tailored care plans that safeguard children''s well-being.
