This award-winning organisation is redefining rehabilitation and employment support for people with convictions, and they re looking for a passionate, people-focused Employment Consultant to join their Birmingham-based team.About the RoleAs a Community Employment Consultant, you ll be the vital link between prisons, employers and the community. You ll support individuals before and after release, helping them navigate barriers and secure meaningful employment. You ll also build strong partnerships with local employers, public services and third-sector organisations to create real opportunities for people rebuilding their lives.This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham, with at least three days a week in the office and regular travel to West Midlands prisons.
