The Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you''ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing and repairing commercial vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards, ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently and right first time.

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs efficiently
• Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and electronic faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
• Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work
• Carrying out repairs in line with manufacturer specifications and safety standards
• Providing technical support to Service Advisors and Workshop Control where required
• Accurately completing workshop documentation and job cards
• Working collaboratively with the wider workshop team to maximise productivity
• Maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction

About You

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) (Essential)
• Previous experience as a Commercial Vehicle Technician, Van Technician, Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic or Automotive Technician
• Strong servicing, maintenance and diagnostic skills
• Excellent fault-finding ability and attention to detail
• MOT Tester Licence desirable but not essential
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
• A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Right to work in the UK (Sponsorship is not available)
