Key Responsibilities:

• Support teaching across all key stages in the classroom.
• Work closely with teachers to implement tailored learning strategies.
• Provide individual support to students with additional learning needs.
• Promote a positive and inclusive school environment.
• Assist with planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Monitor student progress and offer feedback and support as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience as an HLTA or similar educational role is advantageous.
• A genuine commitment to helping students achieve their potential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management capabilities.
• A proactive and adaptable team player.
