We re looking for a skilled Turner / Machinist who s confident working with steel and other materials in a precision environment. In this hands-on role, you ll be responsible for turning and milling operations, producing high-quality components to tight tolerances. You ll be working on manual machines (and semi-manual milling as required) within a busy, fast-paced workshop where attention to detail and pride in your work really matter. Key Responsibilities: Operate turning machines and milling machines to precision steel components. Interpret drawings and machining specifications, set up work, select tooling and perform machining operations. Ensure work meets required dimensions, surface finish and quality standards. Monitor work for accuracy and make adjustments as needed. Support other machining tasks as required to meet production demands. Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace; adhere to company quality and safety protocols. Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience as a Turner / Machinist working
