Duties:- Ensure Quality control and Quality assurance for high volume Review and Analyse Non-Conforming Product (NCP) on a Daily Basis. Lead the operations team in root cause analysis and continual improvement techniques. Management of QMS and drive towards new standards IATF and ISO 14001 Using quality tools to drive continuous improvement to the business. Assist in NPI and APQP documentation as required, including PPAP documentation Quality management of customer and suppliers Lead site auditing, systems, process and product Lead customer and external audits Key Skills Essential you have Quality Engineering experience within an Automotive Environment Management of small teams in a manufacturing environment Organisational and team building skills Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications Sound understanding of inspection techniques. Knowledge of the ISO 9001 quality policies and system requirements. Knowledge of IATF (essential) and VDA 6.3 audit Policies and Procedures Knowledge of health and safety and environmental procedures Initiative and problem-solving abilities (Quality Core Tools) Good communication and time management skills Customer focused Conversant with Microsoft systems such as outlook, word and excel etc
