Delivery Consultant (Agile/Product Delivery) Location: London - 3 days per week onsite Rate: £585 per day Contract: Inside IR35 We''re supporting a large organisation as they continue their transition toward a product-led operating model and are looking for an experienced Delivery Consultant to embed within multidisciplinary teams and drive effective, outcome-focused delivery. This role is delivery-led, focused on establishing strong ways of working, enabling teams to move confidently from discovery into execution, and ensuring consistent delivery across a scaled agile environment. The Role You will work closely with product and engineering teams to bring structure, pace, and clarity to delivery across several new products. The successful candidate will help teams adopt effective agile practices while supporting planning, alignment, and execution at scale. Key responsibilities include: Leading delivery across multidisciplinary product teams Driving agile best practice and improving delivery maturity Supporting teams through discovery, mobilisation, and execution phases Facilitating quarterly planning and delivery ceremonies Managing dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes across teams Enabling collaboration between product, engineering, and stakeholders Coaching and supporting junior team members to build long-term capability Required Experience Strong background in Delivery Management/Agile Delivery Experience working within Scaled Agile environments
