BDS are currently recruting for for a Senior Repairs Coordinator to work with a well known Housing Association based in Kings Cross. As a Senior Repairs Coordinator you will be a crucial member of the Repairs Delivery team, responsible for overseeing and manging complex, multi trade repair tasks, focussing on higher value variations Main duties will include but are not limited too; Lead and support Repair Officers in handling complex repair tasks, or cases escalated from the Repair Hub. Develop and implement repair strategies for higher value variations and complex cases. Assess and process escalated variations in repair works orders, providing details analysis and adhering to financial regulations. Collaborate with Repair officer and Regional Repair Leads to ensure that variations are carried out efficiently and within budget Supervise and mentor Repair Officers, providing guidance and training as needed The ideal caniddate will have; Experience of developing and running administrative systems and processes Highly organised and experience of managing conflicting priorities in a busy office environment Experience in working in a customer service environment Experience of providing performance monitoring and commentary against business targets Hours; Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm 4 days in the Kings Cross office and 1 day from home Temp ongoing to start ASAP! £22.27ph PAYE- £29.45ph UMB Apply now for immediate considoration!
