Administration Assistant
Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join a Durham Local Authority on a temporary basis. This is a part-time role working 16 hours per week, over two days. Overview: The Administration Assistant will provide back office support to the Neighbourhood Protection team, assisting with services including Neighbourhood Wardens, Allotments and Pest Control. Main Duties: Provide administrative support to the Neighbourhood Protection team Assist with data entry and record keeping for Neighbourhood Wardens, Allotments and Pest Control services Respond to internal and external enquiries as required Support the team with general office tasks to ensure smooth operations Essential Criteria: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role Strong organisational and time management skills Good communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office applications If your skills match the above criteria, pleas apply with your up-to-date CV.
