Collaborating in an agile, Scrum-based team to build and enhance features in our flagship education platformDesigning and implementing

robust back-end services in .NET and Azure , while also contributing to modern front-end development in React/TypeScriptSolving complex problems through clean, maintainable code using best practices like SOLID, DRY, and test-first developmentWorking with cloud infrastructure tools such as

Terraform

to ensure scalable, secure deploymentsTracing and fixing bugs, refactoring legacy code, and contributing to architectural decisionsAdvising Product Owners and cross-functional teams on technical feasibility and implementation strategiesTaking the technical lead on greenfield and legacy projects alikeRole Requirements

5+ years of commercial software development experience.NET / C#

– including object-oriented design, greenfield dev, and working with legacy systemsSQL

– advanced querying, performance-focused database design, Azure SQL experienceExperience in

modern front-end tech – React, TypeScript, ReduxStrong knowledge of

Azure cloud services

and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform preferred)Understanding of containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes is a bonus)A solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and technical debt managementStrong unit and integration testing practicesProven ability to lead on technical solutions from idea through to implementationSalary and Benefits
