This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a welcoming, nurturing, and supportive environment. The school has approximately 30 pupils, offering a close-knit setting where staff can build meaningful relationships with children and provide highly personalised support. The successful candidate will primarily provide 1:1 support to pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), helping them overcome barriers to learning, develop independence, and achieve positive academic, social, and emotional outcomes. IMPORTANT: Applicants must be able to drive and have access to their own transport. The school is not accessible via public transport, making this an essential requirement.
