This role is ideal for someone with experience or a strong interest in social care, youth work, mental health or SEN support, who wants to make a lasting difference to young people with complex needs. The school supports pupils with a range of additional and complex needs, which may include ASD, SEMH, learning difficulties and social, emotional or behavioural challenges. Many pupils require structured, therapeutic support to help them regulate emotions, develop independence and engage positively with school life. The Role: As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils'' emotional wellbeing, behaviour and personal development, working closely with teaching staff, therapists and families.
