Youll be a proven kitchen leader with a hands-on approach, someone who can blend creativity with consistency. This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants to shape menus and develop a tight-knit team in a business that values autonomy and innovation over spreadsheets and red tape.Youll bring:Head Chef or Senior Sous experience in a quality-led environment

A passion for open-fire cooking and seasonal British ingredients

The ability to design and cost menus around fresh, local produce

Excellent kitchen management and leadership skills

High standards for food safety, training and team culture

Calm, confident service leadership with a detail-driven mindset

Your Responsibilities

Running day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and consistent service

Creating vibrant seasonal menus aligned with The Artisans identity

Leading a skilled team through prep, service, and training

Managing suppliers, stock, wastage and GP performance

Working closely with ownership on strategy, events, and growth planning

Maintaining a safe, clean and compliant kitchen environment
