Are you a Revit Technician, MEP Revit Technician or Building Services Revit Technician looking to take real ownership of project delivery for a long-established consultancy, with clear scope to grow into a senior role as the team expands?

On offer is a permanent position with a respected building services design consultancy, where you will be trusted to set up drawings, manage models and standards, and play a key part in freeing up the engineers to focus on design and client delivery.

This well-established business has been operating for over 40 years and has a close-knit, supportive culture. With major healthcare work underway and plans to diversify into further sectors, they are now looking to add a dedicated Revit specialist to support continued growth.

In this role you will work closely with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, producing Revit models and detailed drawings from engineering sketches, managing Revit families and drawing sheets, and helping maintain consistent project standards. AutoCAD knowledge would be beneficial, and you will be comfortable interpreting engineering information for MEP systems.

This role would suit a Revit Technician with MEP awareness looking for long-term development, increased responsibility and progression into a more senior position as the team grows.

The Role:

• Producing Revit models and detailed drawings for building services projects
• Setting up drawing sheets, managing Revit families and supporting project standards
• Working closely with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to deliver projects

The Person:

• Strong Revit experience, ideally within MEP or building services
• Comfortable interpreting engineering sketches and information into detailed drawings
• AutoCAD knowledge beneficial
