As an experienced Coachbuilder / Auto Fabricator / Commercial Vehicle Bodybuilder / Bodywork Fabricator, you will work as part of team of coachbuilders, repairing and constructing the Bodywork of a varied fleet of vehicles. Using your skills, you will be required weld and fabricate, restore and repair accident damaged vehicles using a variety of materials including, steel, aluminium, fiberglass and other composite materials. Key Responsibilities of the Coachbuilder / Auto Fabricator / Commercial Vehicle Bodybuilder / Bodywork Fabricator: Design, fabricate, and assemble vehicle bodies and frames, including custom parts and panelsRestore and repair vehicles to original design while maintaining functionality and safetyUtilize traditional and modern metalworking tools (e.g., welding, cutting, shaping, and riveting) to build and modify vehicle bodies and structural components.Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for both yourself, and your colleaguesWork alongside other skilled tradespeople, such as engineers, painters, upholsterers and electricians, to ensure a seamless and successful vehicle body repair and restorationInspect work for precision, accuracy, and quality, ensuring all work adheres to company and industry standardsKnowledge, Skills and ..... full job details .....
