The business has grown 40-50% year on year and continues to scale at pace.Reporting to the Managing Director and part-time CFO, as the Head of Finance, you''ll own the end-to-end financial function, ensuring everything they do is robust, compliant and genuinely useful to the business. From statutory accounts, audit, tax and VAT through to day-to-day financial operations, you''ll turn complex requirements into clear processes, high standards and a finance function that runs smoothly.Working closely with the leadership team, you''ll lead, guide and develop Finance and associated teams - staying close to the detail while building capability, confidence and consistency across the group.You''ll ensure our management accounts are delivered in a controlled, reliable way, but more importantly, that they drive insight and better decision-making. From short-term forecasting through to long-term planning and strategy - making finance feel like a true partner to the wider team. The group is growing fast, which means things move quickly.
