As an Estimating Engineer, you know how much gets won or lost before the order is even placed. You see things others don t. Whether you re more technically minded or commercially driven, your value comes from asking the right questions early and pricing things properly from the start. Here they work at scale, supplying engineered components into critical sectors, they don t chase low margin work, they win on capability, quality and commercial understanding. They re looking for an Estimating Engineer who can hold their own in that space. You ll need experience in machined components and a strong feel for what customers need whether you ve come up through engineering or through sales, your mindset matters just as much as your background. You ll be supporting the Sales Managers and working closely with Sales Executives to make sure what s being quoted is right for both the client and the business, that means reviewing technical requirements, understanding costs and making sure every job is commercially sound. There s already a strong team around you and a solid process in place, but they need an Estimating Engineer who can take ownership and add value.
