This is an exciting opportunity to work with a worldwide manufacturer, in a state-of-the-art facility based in Llantrisant.Salary: 30k per annum + Shift AllowanceHours: 12 hours shifts, days and nightsContract: Permanent Key Responsibilities:Manufacture agarose resin products in line with ISO9001 and pharmaceutical quality standards, ensuring right-first-time batch production.Follow approved risk assessments, work instructions, SOPs and batch records, with no deviation from defined process stepsUndertaking any other reasonable tasks as required by the Management of the companyOperate and monitor automated and semi-automated processes and equipment, responding to process conditions to maintain product qualityWork strictly within site Health and Safety standards, including safe handling of hazardous chemicals and full adherence to PPE requirementsMaintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and in-process testing in a controlled manufacturing environmentIdentify and escalate process, safety or quality issues immediately to prevent impact on product or operationsSupport shift team performance through clear communication and structured handovers Qualifications:Experience working in a production environment ideally pharmaceuticals or food industry.Able to manually handle raw materials, products and equipment up to 25 kgStrong written and verbal communication skillsBasic computer competencyAccess to own transportNo ..... full job details .....
