Job Title: Estimator Salary: £30,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday - 8-5pm or 8:30-5:30pm - 1 hour lunch break Contract: Full time, permanent office based Location: Hoddesdon Job Purpose The Estimator will support the Specification and Export Managers by analysing project plans and preparing accurate, competitive, and profitable quotations, pictorials, and order documentation. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments and factories to ensure samples, project information, and orders are delivered accurately and on time. The Estimator will be responsible for managing detailed project information, coordinating call-off schedules, and overseeing delivery arrangements. This will involve effective communication with factories, the Transport Team, and the Buying Department to ensure customer and project requirements are met efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Specification and Export Managers to prepare detailed quotations and pictorials in line with customer specifications and project requirements. Prepare and process customer documentation, including sales orders and proformas, ensuring accuracy in product details, pricing, and quantities. Manage and maintain project call-off schedules, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
