About the Role - Senior Monitoring Surveyor This is a brilliant opportunity to join a collaborative team of 6, working closely with both the Project Management and Quantity Surveying teams on a wide variety of projects. The successful Senior Monitoring Surveyor will take on a varied workload, including bank monitoring and technical due diligence, while contributing to a broad portfolio of projects across sectors including education, healthcare, hotels, culture and heritage, residential, retail, sport, leisure and student accommodation, with most projects based across London and the South East. In this role, the Senior Monitoring Surveyor will also play an active part in business development and support the senior management team with recruitment, training and networking.
