Are you a commercially driven B2B marketing professional who knows how to turn great campaigns into genuine business opportunities?

We are working with a market-leading, growing business looking to appoint a proactive and results-focused B2B Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to drive campaign activity across the UK and Ireland, raise market awareness and support its ambitious growth plans.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real commercial impact in a hands-on marketing role where lead generation, customer engagement and sales growth are at the heart of everything you do.

Working closely with the UK sales team and wider marketing function, you will develop and deliver targeted campaigns across key industrial sectors, generate qualified leads and bring technical products and solutions to life for new and existing customers.

Your role will include:

• Developing and delivering targeted B2B campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive sales opportunities.
• Identifying new market opportunities and increasing brand awareness across key industrial sectors.
• Working closely with sales teams to align marketing activity with commercial objectives.
• Coordinating exhibitions, seminars and customer events, including Lunch & Learn sessions.
• Promoting technical products and application solutions to target audiences.
• Monitoring campaign performance and maximising the return on marketing investment.

What we are looking for:

You will have proven experience in B2B marketing, lead generation and campaign management, with a strong understanding of how effective marketing supports sales performance and business growth. Experience within engineering, automation, instrumentation, IT or technical products would be a significant advantage.

You will be commercially minded, creative and proactive, with the confidence to engage with sales teams, understand customer needs and turn technical products into compelling campaigns that deliver measurable results.
