Build strong relationships, handle key accounts, and deliver excellent customer service. Identify new opportunities, maintain commercial awareness, and ensure timely, precise admin and invoicing.Key Responsibilities: Proactively support all aspects of the Export Team by handling Key Accounts and the day-to-day requirements for clients Understand and comply with Standard Operating Procedures set out in line with customer requirements Customs Procedures - Assist the team in ensuring correct customs procedures are being used and followed Liaise with agents / suppliers as necessary Manage Air / Road / Sea Export operations from start to finish Adopt good Commercial awareness Timely and accurate invoicing and administrative tasks Clear, effective communicationSkills Required: Operational freight forwarding experience Ideally multi modal although we can look at just road export experience only as
