Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and committed Boils operator to join our clients team on a Temp-Perm basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production and operation of sugar boiling operation. Responsibilities Follow production recipes, weighing ingredients and following methods to make boiled sweets. Completing paperwork with raw material traceability codes Carrying out start up checks on the production line Adhere to the company Food Safety and Quality Policy and Health and Safety Policy at all times Always follow good hygiene practices Carry out cleaning on the line Keep work area clean and tidy Requirements Hours- 6.30am-2.30pm Monday to Friday £11.94 Ph (Pay will increase in April) Candidates will be required to work in Blackburn before moving to the Burnley site when the site opens.
