Our strength, expertise, technology, and partner network enable us to deliver global solutions, leveraging one of the world''s largest Trade Finance investor networks to scale funding globally.Job summaryAs a Trade and Working Capital Trade Sales Vice President, you will promote profitable growth of the Natural Resources portfolio. You will provide Structured and Core Trade solutions to Morgan Trade''s target large and mid-cap clients, meeting their local and outbound requirements, as well as inbound needs of multinational clients.Job responsibilitiesOriginate and structure new opportunities with clients across Core and Structured Trade solutions, including Supply Chain Finance, Dynamic Discounting, Sales Finance, and Inventory Finance.Support the growth of TWC PandL across products and contribute to new business goals.Collaborate with Payments, functional, and coverage bankers to promote sales strategy execution, achieve new business targets, expand market share, and increase wallet share with targeted clients.Engage in financial and working capital analysis to formulate proposals for new businesses.Contribute to strategic account planning, focusing on credit capital use and balancing client needs with firm priorities.Build and maintain collaborative relationships across the firm.Exemplify the firm’s culture and conduct standards.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsProven success in trade sales, transaction banking, and client relationship management.Deep product knowledge relevant to Natural Resources.Established network and experience with Natural Resources Large Corporate, Mid-Cap, and MNCs in the UK and Switzerland.Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills in client-facing roles.Self-starter with a positive attitude, willing to go above and beyond, demonstrating teamwork.
