This service provides 24-hour support to adults with complex needs, including mental health challenges and tenancy-related support. As a Mental Health Case Worker, your aim is to assist individuals develop the skills and confidence needed to move on to independent living.Key Responsibilities:Providing one-to-one support to residents with complex needsSupporting individuals to manage their tenancy and daily living skillsCompleting support plans, risk assessments, and case notesPromoting independence and positive outcomesWorking independently in a lone working environmentShift Pattern:24 hour sleep in shifts (08:00 - 23:00 (sleep)- 08:30)Includes weekends and bank holidaysKey skillsPrevious experience within supported housing or related servicesStrong understanding of complex needsAbility to work independently and confidently as a lone worker Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleWhy apply?
