The Opportunity Our client is a growing, owner-led property and professional services group with three businesses: an accountancy practice, a lettings and sales agency, and a renovations and property maintenance company. They are looking for a commercially driven Sales and Business Development Manager to lead growth across all three, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a high-visibility role for an experienced business developer with strong property market knowledge, particularly lettings, sales and HMOs, who wants to build a unified, cross-selling sales strategy from the ground up.
