As a Contaminated Land Consultant, you''ll play a key role in supporting clients, project teams and regulators throughout the planning and construction process. Key Responsibilities Undertake contaminated land assessments, including desk studies and interpretative reporting.Support the design and management of ground investigations and environmental monitoring.Carry out qualitative and quantitative risk assessments for human health, controlled waters and ground gas.Develop proportionate remediation strategies aligned with regulatory requirements.Communicate effectively with clients, local authorities and project stakeholders.
