Marketing Executive

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Marketing Executive on behalf of a client in Chesterfield.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for digital and print channels, including website copy, blogs, email campaigns, brochures, case studies and social media.
• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and product launches.
• Ensure all marketing communications reflect a consistent brand identity and tone of voice.
• Support the ongoing development and implementation of the company''s brand strategy across international markets.
• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Produce photography, video and other multimedia content where appropriate, working with external agencies when required.
• Manage and grow the company''s social media presence through engaging, relevant content.
• Monitor website content and collaborate on SEO initiatives to improve online visibility.
• Analyse campaign performance using marketing analytics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Assist with the creation of product marketing materials, presentations and sales support literature.
• Support exhibitions, trade shows and industry events, including promotional materials and event marketing.
• Stay up to date with marketing trends, competitor activity and emerging digital marketing opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within manufacturing, engineering or B2B industries.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Strong understanding of branding and brand consistency.
• Experience managing social media platforms for business.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing and SEO principles.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design software.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with plenty of initiative.
• Experience with photography, videography or video editing would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM or email marketing platforms would also be beneficial.
