Cobalt is working with a national residential property business to appoint a Remediation Project Manager to oversee building safety and remediation projects across its portfolio. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a programme of residential remediation works, with a particular focus on cladding, external wall systems and fire safety. The organisation Our client manages a substantial portfolio of residential properties across England and Wales and is investing in its building safety and remediation programme. With approximately 30 live projects and further buildings being assessed, the business offers the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of remediation works that improve building safety and outcomes for residents. The organisation offers: A salary of £65,000-£70,000 per annum. Hybrid working, with three days per week in its Borehamwood office. 23 days'' annual leave.
