Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the surveying team, providing mentorship and guidance. Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts. Ensure accurate valuations, payment applications, and final account settlements. Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and management. Manage contractual claims, variations, and dispute resolution. Monitor and report on project progress, costs, and profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Drive continuous improvement and adherence to industry best practices.
