Your new company Our company is a leading specialist subcontractor who works across multiple construction sectors such as building, civil and nuclear projects. As their business grows and develops, they are now seeking to appoint an aspiring quantity surveyor to their commercial team based in modern offices in the Central Belt.Your new role As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for working on a range of small and medium-sized contracts within our clients'' core specialist area. You will take projects all the way from initial quotation and specification to final accounts and handover. Working with the operational team, you will compile winning quotations and bids for multiple projects and ensure they are completed correctly to ensure payment. This will involve significant communication and coordination with your operational team and client both over the phone and through regular site visits.
