The Role The role will include assisting and advising on all areas of company law, private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and MBOs and MBIs, joint ventures and investor/shareholders agreements, articles of association and other constitutional documents, demergers, company reconstructions and reorganisations. Additionally there is the opportunity to be involved with AIM flotations, takeovers and other public company work, commercial lending and security, financing and refinancing of businesses,The corporate team with in the firm acts for acquirers, private equity and VCT funds, founders/sellers, management teams and funders. Throughout this specific branch''s existence, the team has been involved in the more prominent deals in the Solent and Thames Valley region.
