As a Skilled Upholsterer, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into high-quality upholstered furniture pieces. Apply and attach upholstery materials using various techniques, including stapling, sewing, gluing, and tacking, while ensuring precision and consistency. Inspect furniture frames and make necessary repairs or modifications before upholstery to ensure structural integrity and stability. Collaborate with design and production teams to interpret furniture specifications, fabric choices, and customer preferences accurately. Work with a range of tools and equipment, such as upholstery machines and staple guns, ensuring their proper maintenance and safety.
