Leading the design and development of robust, scalable Python applicationsSetting technical direction and best practices for the engineering teamCollaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutionsMentoring and supporting engineers, helping raise the overall technical barDriving innovation, architecture decisions, and adoption of modern engineering practicesWhat we’re looking for

Extensive experience building complex applications in PythonStrong knowledge of modern frameworks (e.g., Django, FastAPI, Flask)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and scalable architecturesStrong understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systemsBackground in mentoring or leading engineering teamsPassion for solving complex problems with clean, maintainable codeSeniority level
