This role offers the chance to work with a collaborative and high-performing team advising high-net-worth individuals and families.Your Role and Responsibilities:You will manage a varied and complex caseload, advising families, schools and education-related organisations on a broad range of matters, including:SEND Tribunal appeals (primary focus)Upper Tribunal appealsSchool exclusions and admissionsDisability Discrimination Act casesComplaints to Local Authorities, LGO and school governing bodiesEducation-related Judicial ReviewsSafeguarding and education law advice for schools and collegesSEN strategy advice and EHCP health checksCommunity Care matters linked to education casesHandling both privately and publicly funded workSupervising junior colleagues and carrying out file reviewsBuilding relationships with key stakeholders to drive new instructionsWriting and delivering seminars to charities and education organisationsProducing education law articles and case reviewsAbout You:You will have:2-8 years'' PQE as a Qualified SolicitorStrong expertise in education law, particularly SEND Tribunal workConfidence managing a diverse caseload with minimal supervisionA c
