Head of Corporate Development – Europe (Gaming and Entertainment Sector)A leading European digital entertainment and gaming operator is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and commercially-driven Head of Corporate Development – Europe to help drive international expansion and commercial growth across regulated markets.The Role

: You will lead corporate development activity across Europe, with responsibility for identifying and qualifying new market opportunities (both organic and via MandA), engaging with senior-level stakeholders, and structuring strategic partnerships. You’ll support international tenders, drive market entry strategy, and shape go-to-market execution in collaboration with internal teams.Key Responsibilities

:Drive business development in new European markets – commercial, regulatory, and partnership-based.Lead market assessments and commercial strategy for international expansion.Build and maintain relationships with lotteries, regulators, and institutional stakeholders.Structure strategic deals, partnerships, and tender submissions.Report progress and insight to senior stakeholders across the Group.Candidate

:4+ years in international business development, corporate strategy, or consultancy.Background in gaming, gambling, regulated tech, or lottery preferred.Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.Fluent English; additional languages an asset.Comfortable with -30–50% international travel.Location
