In this role, you will support the efficient running of our Parts Department by managing the receipt, storage, issuing, and traceability of all materials, tools, consumables and client-supplied products. Automotive Parts Advisor -What You ll Do: Provide exceptional service to clients, including order processing, quotations, and sourcing parts locally and internationally Support technicians with prompt counter service and phone enquiries. Issue materials with accurate paperwork and SAP entry. Source urgent parts and prepare stock orders for delivery. Deliver materials to workshops/outstations and provide updates on critical items. Goods Inward Receive and check deliveries, unloading safely. Operate a forklift (with licence) and maintain goods-in/quarantine areas. Report discrepancies, label new stock, and collect items from suppliers when needed. Stock Control Assist with stock counts and maintain accurate labels and bin locations.
