Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Dutch and French speaking HR Administrator for their client based in Birmingham, West Midlands As a Dutch and French speaking HR Administrator you will be responsible for specific HR related administration throughout the employee life-cycle as well as supporting the HR Business Partners. The successful candidate will identify and recommend process improvements in order to support the delivery of an efficient, accurate and flexible HR service to the business.Roles and Responsibilities:Entering new starters into recruitment and HR systemsCreation of new starter offer packsDrafting contracts and offer letters for new employeesCreation and maintenance of hard and soft employee filesProviding payroll with new starter employment detailsResponsibility for the complete Background Screening check processAdministration of employees on leave of absence e.g. maternity leaveSubmitting all required information to Payroll in a timely and accurate manner Person Specification:Fluent in Dutch and FrenchFully IT literate; confident user of Word and ExcelStrong accuracy and attention to detailAdministrative skills; ideally with work experience within an office environmentExcellent communication skillsAbility to work in a confidential environmentPro-active, positive, can do attitudeThis is for a full time 9 Month FTC position offering a competitive salary of 27,000 - 28,000 plus attractive company benefits!This posi
