This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident ER specialist to join a growing and values-driven organisation, supporting their Education division, with a strong focus on engagement, retention and operational excellence. The Role Reporting into the Head of Employee Relations and Engagement, you will act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing expert guidance on a wide range of complex employee relations matters. You will take ownership of ER casework across your division, partner with senior leaders, and use data-led insights to drive proactive people solutions that enhance engagement and organisational performance. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse ER caseload from start to finish, including complex cases and Employment Tribunals Provide coaching and guidance to managers, ensuring consistent and compliant ER practices Analyse people data, trends and metrics to identify risks and implement solutions Lead and support change initiatives including restructures, TUPE and organisational redesign Deliver insights and monthly reporting on ER activity, absence and attrition Support engagement, retention and wellbeing strategies acros
