The Role Reporting into the Head of Employee Relations and Engagement, you will act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing expert guidance on a wide range of complex employee relations matters. You will take ownership of ER casework across your division, partner with senior leaders, and use data-led insights to drive proactive people solutions that enhance engagement and organisational performance.
