Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer Electrical Mechanical Plumbing Building Services Location: Museum site, London Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work at a museum site in London. The successful candidate will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and fault-finding across electrical, mechanical and plumbing building services, ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently and reliably. Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive maintenance across building services.Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and plumbing faults.Maintain HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, generators and heating systems.Maintain lighting, three-phase electrical systems, fire alarms, emergency lighting and UPS systems.Undertake plumbing repairs, water temperature monitoring and L8-related water hygiene checks.Monitor BMS systems, complete plant room inspections and respond to alarms.Complete maintenance records, follow RAMS and comply with health and safety procedures.Liaise professionally with clients, contractors and site representatives.RequirementsMinimum 3 years'' experience in building maintenance or facilities management.City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification or equivalent.Proven electrical fault-finding and repair experience.Good knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC ..... full job details .....
