Supported by the Senior Management team for strategic guidance, the Registered Branch Manager will oversee office and care staff in all day-to-day affairs and will help develop the longer-term ambitions of this thriving business.The Registered Branch Manager purpose is to oversee the day-to-day delivery of high-quality dignified homecare services promoting respect, equality and the independence of our clients. The Registered Branch Manager is directly accountable to the Head of Operations, Director and to the Care Quality Commission. The Registered Branch Manager responsibilities will be the following but not limited to: Lead Complex Care Professionals office and care staff in providing an exceptional quality of service to it''s clients. Implement the formal business objectives developed in liaison with the Directors. Maintain and improve Complex Care Professionals internal operations so that processes and systems are clear, positive and efficiently carried outOver see and participate in the provision of the "on call" services to staff and clients.
