You will spend 50% of your time managing and leading the team, and 50% as a hands on Design Engineer. You will be expected to achieve agreed delivery times and KPI s on new machines, upgrades and spare parts, to create drawings, BOM s and spares lists and will be expected to liaise effectively with the Electrical Design, Software and Controls and manufacturing teams.
