As the business continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Food Safety and Compliance officer to uphold and advance the highest standards of compliance across all food and beverage operations. The Role Reporting directly to the Head of Food and Beverage, you will take ownership of food safety compliance across retail units, commercial partnerships, kitchens, and events. This is a key role that combines operational oversight with strategic food safety leadership, ensuring full alignment with UK legislation and internal quality standards. Key Responsibilities Ensure all food and beverage partners meet legislative and food safety compliance standards. Conduct regular food safety audits, inspections, and event audits across the venue. Act as the main point of contact for all food safety matters, providing support to stakeholders. Oversee external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Develop and maintain food safety policies and procedures What We re Looking For Experience in food safety audits and producing detailed reports.
