We are seeking a dedicated and resilient IT Teacher to join a well-established SEMH SEN School in the Ipswich area. This specialist SEMH provision supports pupils aged 8-16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, as well as additional complex learning needs. As the IT Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated IT/Computing lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet a range of SEND and SEMH needs.
- Work collaboratively with a skilled multidisciplinary team.
- Support students in building confidence, digital skills, and positive learning habits.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching IT/Computing (SEMH/SEN experience desirable but not essential).
- Strong behaviour management and the ability to build positive relationships.
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
