What you ll get to do: ER Case Management: Advise managers, handle investigations, disciplinaries, and appeals, ensuring timely resolution. Policy and Compliance: Embed HR policies, provide advice on employment law, and maintain accurate records. Manager Coaching: Upskill managers in HR policy application. Absence and Flexible Working: Manage caseloads related to short-term absence, probation, and flexible working. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collate and analyse people data, including absence rates and ER trends. HR Toolkits and Resources: Assist in drafting ER toolkits, manager guidance, and policy updates.
