About the Team
As a Chef/Cook, youandrsquo;ll be at the heart of our hospitality services, crafting delicious, nutritious meals that brighten the day for our clients. Your food wonandrsquo;t just nourish andndash; itandrsquo;ll bring joy and comfort to those who need it most.

About the Role
Based in Keynsham, youandrsquo;ll be preparing and serving mid-day meals to residents of the extra care service as well as visitors to our day services. Youandrsquo;ll have the chance to share your culinary skills across a variety of community groups andndash; every day will bring something new.

This is more than just a job andndash; itandrsquo;s a chance to make a meaningful impact. The role is permanent, offering 24 hours on average per week on a cycling two-week fixed rota, including two weekends per month and bank holidays (enhancements for weekends and Bank Holidays). Working hours are from 8am to 2:30pm.

What Youandrsquo;ll Need
Essential:

• Food Handling andamp; Hygiene Certificate
• Familiarity with the IDDSI framework
• A team-player mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Experience in catering environments
• Willingness to support a range of services and partners

Desirable:

• Understanding of dietary needs for older adults
