Warehouse Operative – Reydon

Hales Group are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our client’s growing and well-established team based in Reydon.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their experience within a warehouse environment and secure a long-term role within a stable and supportive business.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Unloading containers and handling incoming goods
• Operating scanning equipment to locate and identify stock
• Assisting with stock control, including data entry and stock checks
• Manual handling and heavy lifting of goods
• Assembly, rework, and preparation of products
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

  
Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Flexi forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
• Physically capable of manual handling tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good IT skills for stock input and record keeping
• Reliable, adaptable, and flexible approach to work
• A positive team player with a strong work ethic
• Looking for a long-term opportunity

  
Location: Reydon
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (9:00am – 5:00pm)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay: £13.00 per hour (Overtime paid at 1.5)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
