This position will be providing 1st and 2nd line support to a range of mission critical services within the wider business. This support analyst / engineer will be responsible for handling a wide range of Service Desk incidents and requests.This role will see you:Responding to tickets logged via email and Service Desk portal. Mixture of access / apps / hardware tickets.Reduce calls/ tickets by sharing knowledge base articles with usersMaintain high quality ticket notes and quality on ITSM tool.Identify CSIP items to improve service desk functions.The Technical Skillset

Experience across MS tech – Windows 10/11, Windows server, AD admin, Exchange, AzureMDM admin - Intune. SCCM a bonus.Office 365 adminVPN / remote access supportHardware support - mobile, desktop, and printerFamiliarity with any ITSM tools like Fresh ServiceHow to apply
