OverviewAt Solus, the Production Lead is one of the most influential roles on site. This position sits at the centre of operations, bringing together people, process and performance to ensure repairs progress safely, efficiently and right first time.The Production Lead works in close partnership with the Customer Service Lead, Parts Lead and wider operational teams, creating clear alignment between the workshop, customer experience and site priorities.
